Our Mining Deal Exchange series in association with the TMX Group (Toronto Stock Exchange and TSX Venture Exchange) is a unique forum bringing together private and public mining companies, CPC's (Capital Pool Companies), financiers, analysts and advisors to the mining industry. The seminar features concise 10 minute presentations by mining companies seeking financing or a going public transaction via a CPC, a panel discussion on current financing trends and updates on the CPC program and a networking cocktail reception.
These half-day seminars take place four times annually alternating between Toronto and Vancouver. Our first two seminars in 2009 featured 15 presenters and panelists and 125 attendees and rave reviews from presenters and attendees alike. Projects presented can be situated in any mining jurisdiction.
Our next seminars are June 8, 2010 in Vancouver and September 27, 2010 in Toronto.
